FABRICATED INSULATION PRODUCTS
CMT is an independent insulation fabricator and has been providing a range of ready-made products and fabrication services to the insulation industry for 19 years. We manufacture a range of stock items but offer a “made to measure service”.
Attic Trapdoor Insulator
The Trap Door Insulator closes the Insulation gap created by the attic stair access hatch, leading to reduced energy costs. Made from high performance glasswool insulation and sealed in with a reflective foil. The product comes fully assembled and easy to install. Simply unfold and place over the attic opening.
Cold Water Tank Cover
The cold water lagging jackets are designed to help protect cold water storage tanks in traditional domestic lofts against freezing. The lagging jackets consist of lengths of light weight glasswool insulation that have been completely enclosed in black polythene. Tank wraps are made to measure and include a rigid lid insert.
Poly-Encapsulated Rolls
Poly Encapsulated Rolls are used above suspended ceilings to
enhance the acoustic performance of the ceiling, but are more
commonly used as an itch-free thermal insulation product in lofts and
roofs.
Encapsulated Rolls are available in widths of 386mm, 580mm and 1,160mm, and in thicknesses of 100mm, 150mm and 200mm.
Poly-Encapsulated Pads
Popular with architects in public and commercial buildings such as offices schools and hospitals, the encapsulated fibreglass comes in a range of thicknesses (25mm – 300mm thick) dependent upon the projects requirement
Ceiling Pads can be supplied in any dimension, but are typically 600mm x 600mm and 1200mm x 600mm.
